About Me

About Me

I’m a Relationship Coach and Mentor with a Masters in Clinical Psychology, with experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Over the years, I’ve experienced the evolving roles and challenges that come with each stage of life. Some seasons I’ve navigated gracefully, others less so, but always with a commitment to growth, learning, and resilience.

My own path has been shaped by trusted therapists, supportive friendships, and the wisdom I’ve gathered through education, books, podcasts and reflection. Later in life, I returned to an earlier dream, pursuing formal training that allowed me to walk alongside others as they navigated their own journeys.

My time as a therapist was profoundly rewarding. I witnessed the courage of people processing past wounds, reclaiming their stories, and experiencing the growth that comes from deep self-awareness and connection to self. Therapy is a vital tool for healing, and I deeply value its role when deeper work is needed or desired, whether preemptively or alongside coaching.

In that work, I noticed a common thread: once no longer bound to their past struggles, many longed for something more - community, connection, and guidance in building the next chapter of their lives. Even with insight and awareness, we often struggle to put into practice what we know and need. This is where coaching can be a powerful tool - providing support, accountability, and encouragement to turn awareness into meaningful action.

That realization led me to shift into coaching and mentoring. Today, I offer both individual coaching and small group workshops designed to foster curiosity, awareness, and growth. Whether entering new beginnings, moving through life’s shifts, or reshaping what comes next, I walk alongside women of all ages, as they adapt with resilience and choose to live with greater clarity and intention.

It is in this blend of personal support and shared experience that I feel most called to serve, creating spaces where women not only grow, but thrive as they step into their fullest selves.
